摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情与海鲜水产品密切相关。海鲜可能是新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)滋生的培养基,其主要依据有:①全球范围内海鲜批发市场、海鲜冷冻加工厂、鱼市是COVID-19病例聚集性暴发场所。②海鲜市场、海鲜冷链产品多次检出、分离与鉴定出新SARSCoV-2核酸,体外培养SARS-CoV-2可复制、增殖。③关闭海鲜市场及冷冻海鲜加工厂,严把海鲜、冻肉供应链可以有效控制疫情。④多艘国际游船的船员与游客暴发COVID-19,美国罗斯福号航空母舰(USS Theodore Roosevelt Aircraft)上超过1000名水手出现SARS-CoV-2核酸阳性,国外渔船的渔民也是COVID-19高危易感人群。⑤肉食动物猫、狗、狮、虎、豹等均可出现SARS-CoV-2核酸阳性,以鱼、青蛙等为肉食的农场养殖水貂不仅易感染SARS-CoV-2,而且可以发病、死亡,造成病毒变异、播散。⑥海鲜可能是病毒滋生的“培养基”,不仅引发COVID-19流行,也曾引发甲肝、菌痢、霍乱、伤寒等多起疫情。因此,把好病从口入关,忌口病易瘥。 Seafood and aquatic products are closely linked to the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Multiple lines of solid evidence have suggested that seafood might be an important culture medium for the breeding of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).①Outbreak of COVID-19 was associated with seafood markets,frozen seafood processing factories and fish markets in global territories.②Detection,isolation and identification of SARS-CoV-2 were performed in the seafood markets and frozen seafood products.In vitro culture showed that the isolated SARS-CoV-2 had the capacity of replication and proliferation in host cells.③Lockdown of those seafood markets and seafood-processing plants and double check of imported frozen food products have effectively curbed the spread of the epidemic.④Outbreak of COVID-19 occurred among passengers and crew members in dozens of international cruise ships.Positive detection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid was reported in more than 1000 sailors in the USS Theodore Roosevelt Aircraft.Moreover,fishermen are the high risk population of COVID-19.⑤Although meat-eating pets such as cats,dogs,lions,tigers and leopards occasionally show positive nucleic acid of SARS-CoV-2,the farmed minks mainly fed on fish and frogs could acquire SARS-CoV-2 infection from farmers and consequently become sick and even dead.The SARS-CoV-2 virus,introduced into minks through contact with humans,is evolving through viral mutation and has been reintroduced to humans to spread.⑥Seafood might be an important culture medium for the breeding of SARS-CoV-2.Seafood may serve as a kind of stimulating hazards that can spread pathogens for hepatitis A,bacillary dysentery,cholera,and typhoid other than COVID-19.Therefore,a closed mouth catches no flies and hence dietetic restraint by avoiding seafood is always good for healing.Health is maintained with a tight check-point of nose and mouth and never betrayed by smell and taste.
