摘要
目的:建立花类代用茶中48种农药残留的测定方法,并对20件流通中的花类代用茶样品进行检测。方法:以乙腈配合醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲体系为提取溶剂,以PSA+GCB为吸附净化材料,将样品经过上述前处理后,在气相色谱串联质谱仪(GC-MS/MS)上测定。结果:在0.005-0.5 μg/mL范围内,48种农药线性关系良好(r≥0.999),方法检出限为0.001-0.020 mg/kg。加标水平为0.0375、0.185、1 mg/kg时,48种农药回收率均落在70.0%-118.5%。6次平行测定的相对标准偏差为0.3%-17.8%。结论:该方法前处理过程简单,灵敏度高,重现性好,可以满足花类代用茶农药残留检测的要求。
Objective:A determination method for 48 pesticide residues in the flower substitute tea is established and 20 samples of flower substitute tea in circulation were detected.Method:Acetonitrile is used as the extraction solvent,combined with an acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer system,and PSA+GCB are used as purification adsorbents.After the sample is subjected to the above pretreatment,the target compounds were detected by GC-MS/MS.Results:48 pesticides have a good linear relationship within 0.005-0.5 μg/mL (r≥0.999),and the limits of detection were 0.001-0.020 mg/kg.When the spiked levels were 0.0375 mg/kg,0.185 mg/kg and 1 mg/kg,the average recoveries of 48 pesticides were 70.0%-118.5%.The relative standard deviations were 0.3%-17.8%.Conclusion:The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high sensitivity and good reproducibility,so it can meet the requirements of multi-residue detection of pesticides in flower substitute tea.
