基于Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-Pt修饰电极的乙酰胆碱酯酶传感器快速检测甲基对硫磷 被引量:4

Acetylcholinesterase Biosensor Based on Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-Pt for Rapid Detection of Methyl Parathion

摘要 制备了Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-Pt纳米复合材料,并以此为基质,制备了AChE/Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-Pt/GCE传感器对甲基对硫磷进行定量分析。研究发现,Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-Pt具有良好的导电性以及电催化活性,能够有效地提高AChE/Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-Pt/GCE的灵敏度。甲基对硫磷浓度的负对数与其抑制率在5×10^(–10)-5×10^(–6)g/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=–13.646X+138.553(X代表甲基对硫磷浓度的负对数),R^(2)=0.9931,相关性较好,检出限为3.797×10^(–10)g/L(按抑制率10%计算),其加标回收率在95.8%-97.4%,与气相色谱法检测结果一致。且该传感器再生性良好,在碘解磷定复活8 min后其效果可恢复至94.82%以上。 Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-Pt nanocomposite materials was synthesized.AChE/Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-Pt/GCE sensor was prepared based on Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-Pt for detecting methyl parathion.The study found that Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-Pt has good conductivity and electrocatalytic activity,which can effectively improve the sensitivity of AChE/Fe_(3)O_(4)@C-Pt/GCE.There was a good linear relationship between the negative logarithm of methyl parathion concentration and its inhibition rate in the range of 5×10^(–10)-5×10^(–6) g/L,and the linear equation was Y=–13.646X+138.553 (X represents the negative logarithm of methyl parathion concentration),R^(2)=0.9931.The detection limit was 3.797×10^(–10) g/L (calculated by inhibition rate of 10%).The recovery rate of standard addition was 95.8%-97.4%,which was consistent with the results of gas chromatography.Moreover,the regeneration of the sensor was good,and the effect could be restored more than 94.82% after 8 min of reactivation of pralidoxime iodide.
