摘要
以制造业企业为例,在分析工匠精神对员工工作幸福感影响的基础上,根据情境力量理论,引入职业成长机会与组织容错氛围,并将其纳入AMO理论模型,探讨两者及其交互项在工匠精神影响员工工作幸福感过程中的调节作用。研究结果表明:工匠精神对员工工作幸福感具有显著正向影响;不仅职业成长机会、组织容错氛围正向调节工匠精神与工作幸福感的关系,工匠精神、职业成长机会与组织容错氛围的3项交互作用同样对工作幸福感具有积极调节效应。
Taking manufacturing enterprises as an example, based on the analysis of the influence of craftsman spirit on employees’ job well-being, according to situational strength theory, this study introduces career growth opportunities and organizational fault-tolerance climate into AMO theoretical model, and discusses the moderating effect of them and their interaction in the process of craftsman spirit affecting employees’ job well-being. The results show that craftsman spirit has a significantly positive impact on employees’ job well-being. Not only career growth opportunities and organizational fault-tolerance climate but also 3-way interactions among craftsman spirit, career growth opportunity and organizational fault-tolerance climate can positively moderate the relationship between craftsman spirit and job well-being.
