摘要
针对同质与异质零售商销售的产品及其衍生延保服务都存在竞争的供应链协调问题,构建包含一个制造商和两个竞争零售商的两级供应链博弈模型,识别出产品与延保服务两个维度竞争对供应链绩效与协调机制设计的影响机理,并提出相应组合合同,以期实现同质零售商和异质零售商供应链的协调。研究发现:产品竞争强度和延保服务竞争强度具有互补性;单一合同不能协调该供应链,对于同质零售商供应链,需组合产品数量折扣与延保成本分担合同实现协调,对于异质零售商供应链,需组合产品数量折扣、延保成本分担及两部定价合同实现协调。
Considering the supply chain coordination issues that both the products sold by homogeneous and heterogeneous retailers as well as their derivative extended warranty exist competition, this study constructs a two-echelon supply chain game model consisting of one manufacturer and two competing retailers to identify the impact mechanism of the two-dimensional competition between the product and the extended warranty on the supply chain performance and coordination mechanism. Besides, this study proposes a combined contract to achieve coordination of the homogeneous retailers and the heterogeneous retailers supply chains. The results show that the competition of the product and the competition of extended warranty have complementary effects. In addition, as a single contract cannot coordinate this supply chain, for the homogeneous retailers’ supply chain, it is necessary to design a coordination mechanism combining the product quantity discount and the extended warranty cost-sharing contracts;for the heterogeneous retailers’ supply chain, it is also necessary to combine the product quantity discount, the extended warranty cost-sharing, and the two-part tariff contracts to coordinate the supply chain.
