梁山慈竹埋节与侧枝扦插育苗技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 以梁山慈竹竹节和侧枝为试验材料,研究竹节年龄、部位、侧枝年龄、扦插基质、扦插时间和植物生长调节剂处理对育苗发笋率和成活率的影响,为湖南地区梁山慈竹埋节与侧枝扦插育苗提供参考。结果表明:2~3年生竹节育苗发笋率和成活率均高于1年生竹节,竹秆中部竹节育苗发笋率和成活率高于竹秆下部和上部竹节,竹腔灌注IBA溶液会降低竹节育苗的发笋率和成活率;1年生侧枝扦插成活率高于2年生侧枝,3月份扦插和5月份扦插成活率变化不大,以黄壤土+腐殖土(1∶1)作为育苗基质、100 mg·L^(-1)IBA溶液处理侧枝扦插育苗成活率最高。 The nodes and branches of Dendrocalamus farinosus were used as experimental materials to explore the effects of nodes age,position,growth hormone treatment,branch age,cutting medium,cutting time,and growth hormone treatment on the bamboo shoots emergence rate and survival rate of seedlings,so as to provide a reference for planting nodes and branch of Dendrocalamus farinosus in Hunan province.The results showed that the bamboo shoots emergence rate and survival rate of 2~3year nodes was higher than that of 1 year nodes,and the bamboo shoots emergence rate and survival rate of middle nodes was higher than that of lower and tip nodes.Bamboo cavity perfusion with IBA solution would reduce bamboo shoots emergence rate and survival rate.The survival rate of 1year branch cuttings was higher than that of 2 year branch cuttings.The survival rate of branch cutting seedling in March and May had little change.The survival rate of branch cuttings was the highest when the yellow soil and humus soil(1:1)were used as seedling substrate and 100 mg·L^(-1) IBA solution to treat branch cutting seedling.
