湖南省油茶产业统计指标体系的构建

The establishment of the statistical index system of Camellia oleifera industry in Hunan Province

构建油茶产业统计指标体系,旨在科学、全面、准确反映油茶产业发展动态,为湖南省油茶产业发展政策和规划等相关文件的制定提供依据。本文在明确统计范围、设计原则和数据获取途径的基础上,对我国油茶产业统计指标进行综合设计,构建了油茶产业统计指标体系,并在此基础上进行实地调研和试点试验测算,不断完善统计指标体系。同时提出建立常态化统计制度、定期更新统计指标及其数据、建立数据库等建议。

The establishment of the statistical index system for the Camellia Oleifera industry is aimed at reflecting the development trends of the Camellia Oleifera industry scientifically,comprehensively and accurately,and providing a basis for the formulation of relevant policies and plans for the development of the Camellia Oleifera industry in Hunan Province.In this work,on the basis of clarifying the scope of statistics,design principles and data acquisition approaches,the statistical indicators of the Camellia Oleifera industry in China were comprehensively designed,and the statistical index system for the Camellia Oleifera industry was established.On this basis,field investigation and pilot test were carried out to continuously improve the statistical index system.At the same time,some suggestions were made to establish a normalized statistical system,regularly update statistical indicators,and establish a database.
