摘要
华南地区核电厂的循环冷却水取水口已发生多起因海生物或异物在短时间内爆发聚集致使海水旋转滤网堵塞触发跳机跳堆的运行事件,对核安全控制和电网安全造成一定的不利影响。该类事件的频发暴露出各核电厂在冷源保障能力方面还存在薄弱环节。生态环境部华南核与辐射安全监督站组织开展了华南地区核电厂的冷源安全保障现状调研,提出了加强工程设计、设备维护及监测预警能力建设等建议。
Several circulating cooling water intakes of nuclear power plants in South China have occurred due to blockage of seawater rotating filters caused by accumulation of marine organisms or foreign bodies in a short time,which triggers tripping and tripping events,and has a certain negative impact on nuclear safety control and power grid safety.Frequent occurrences of such events expose weaknesses in supporting capability of cold source for nuclear power plants.The South China Regional Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment organized a research on the status of cold source security of nuclear power plants in South China and several suggestions,such as Strengthen the construction of engineering design,equipment maintenance,monitoring and warning capabilities,were put forward based on the research results.
