农业科技园区助力乡村振兴的思考——以河南省农业科学院新乡农业科技园区为例 被引量:4

Considerations on Agricultural Science and Technology Park Assisting Rural Area Revitalization,Taking Xinxiang Park of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

摘要 农业科技园区是农业科技成果培育的重要载体,是新技术、新成果转化的"样板间",已成为农业高新技术试验示范、推广应用、人才培养的重要平台,对推动乡村振兴战略实施具有重要作用。文章以河南省农业科学院新乡农业科技园区为例,阐述了农业科技园区具有的科技创新、产业孵化、示范推广、教育培训等6项功能与作用,总结了农业科技园区在促进乡村振兴中所取得的主要成效,梳理了农业科技园区在助力乡村振兴的实践中存在的问题,从优化创新环境、创建展示样板、强化科技培训等方面提出了农业科技园区助力乡村振兴的具体措施。 Agricultural science and technology park is an important platform to cultivate agricultural scientific and technological achievements,demonstrate and popularize integration new technologies,and train top specialized personnel in scientific and technological field and new professional farmers,it plays an important role in promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy.Taking Xinxiang Park of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case,six functions of agricultural science and technology park were analyzed in the paper,which includes scientific and technological innovation,industrial incubation,demonstration and popularization,training and education of science.Main achievements of agricultural science and technology park in promoting rural revitalization were summarized.Problems in practice of promoting rural revitalization f agricultural science and technology park were combed.Specific measures to help rural revitalization were put forward,such as optimizing the innovation environment,creating demonstration model,and strengthening scientific and technological training.
