摘要 针对传统机械秤的不直观、不方便等问题,提出了一种便携式语音秤重器的设计。本设计基于STM32F103单片机,结合HX711称重传感器及SYN6288语音芯片等,实现了语音播报以及实时APP显示的功能。该称重器由HX711采集到电阻式应变片所感测到的称重数据,经内部模数转换后送至STM32单片机。单片机将数据送至TFT液晶屏进行显示,并通过SYN6288实现语音播报;数据通过HC-05送至手机APP,实现数据的实时显示和存储。 In order to address the non-intuitive and inconvenient issues of traditional mechanical scale,this paper proposes a design of portable voice scale.The design was based on a STM32F103 MCU,combined with a HX711 weighing sensor and a SYN6288 voice chip,achieving the function of voice broadcast and real-time APP display.The weighing data collected by the HX711 and sensed by a resistance strain gauge was sent to the STM32 MCU after internal analog-to-digital conversion.Then,the conversed data was sent by the MCU to a TFT LCD for display and voice broadcast was realized by using the SYN6288 chip.The data can also be sent to a mobile app by using a HC-05,realizing real-time display and storage.
