城市化进程中“村改居”社区公共体育服务供给困境与优化路径研究

Study on the Dilemma and Optimal Path of Community Public Sports Service Supply in the Process of Urbanization

运用文献研究和逻辑分析法,对“村改居”社区公共体育服务供给现状进行分析。结果表明:当前“村改居”社区面临自治能力弱、居民角色转换不充分、供给主体单一、供给结构不平衡、公共体育服务管理制度不完善、社区指导人员的缺失、公民需求表达机制不完善的困境,提出了应该唤醒和培养居民体育参与意识、加强市场和体育社会力量的培养、建立健全公共体育设施服务管理系统、完善公民需求表达机制相关优化路径。

Using literature research and logic analysis,the current situation of community public sports service supply in"village reform"is analyzed.The results show that the current"village"community facing weak autonomy ability,insufficient role transformation,single supply body,unbalanced supply structure,imperfect public sports service management system,the lack of community guidance personnel,imperfect citizen demand expression mechanism,put forward should wake up and cultivate residents'awareness of sports participation,strengthen the cultivation of market and sports social forces,establish and improve the public sports facilities service management system,and improve the citizen demand expression mechanism.
