利用滑石粉特性改善真空镀铝内衬纸的包装使用性能

摘要 利用滑石粉的摩氏硬度低、具有延展成型性、疏水性、片状阻隔性的特性,将其作为原纸的填料,生产的真空镀铝内衬纸折叠性好、吸水率低、高湿度下挺度好,大大提高了其在包烟机上的适应性,并弥补了真空镀铝内衬纸阻隔性差的缺点。 Utilizing talc powder's low Mohs hardness,ductility,hydrophobicity,and sheet-like barrier properties,it is used as the filler of the base paper to produce vacuum aluminized liner paper,which has good foldability,low water absorption,and high stiffness under humidity,which greatly improves its adaptability on cigarette packers;it also makes up for the shortcomings of poor barrier properties of vacuum aluminized lining paper.
