不同烘箱温度梯度变化对造纸法再造烟叶质量的影响

Effects of Temperature Gradient Change in air Driers on Quality of Paper-making Reconstituted Tobacco

造纸法再造烟叶在烘箱干燥时,不仅要实现烘箱出口含水率的工艺指标要求,也要在保证烟草香气的同时,尽可能地去除青杂气。本文通过正交试验,考察不同烘箱温度梯度变化曲线下的再造烟叶水分含水率变化,同时通过感官评吸进行评价,确定烘箱分组后的最优温度设置方案为60℃、110℃、90℃、50℃。

When drying the paper-making reconstituted tobacco in the air driers,it was necessary not only to meet the technical requirements of the moisture content at the outlet of the air driers,but also to ensure the aroma of tobacco and remove the impurities as far as possible.In this paper,the orthogonal experiments were carried out to design the changings of water content of paper-making reconstituted tobacco under different temperature gradient changing curves of air driers.At the same time,sensory evaluation was done to determine the optimal temperatures setting scheme after the grouping of air driers as 60℃,110℃,90℃and 50℃.
