水飞蓟素缓释制剂的研究进展

Research Progress on Silymarin Sustained-release Preparation

水飞蓟素作为一种肝保护剂被引入,是世界公认的肝损伤修复药,但水飞蓟素的水溶性差,体内消除半衰期短,所以需要频繁给药。将水飞蓟素制成口服缓释制剂不仅可减少药物的服用次数,而且可维持较低的血药浓度,降低药物的毒性和副作用,对临床应用有重要意义。通过查阅文献,介绍近年来国内外对水飞蓟素缓释制剂的研究现状,对水飞蓟素的组成和缓释制剂进行综述。

Silymarin,as a kind of liver protective agent was introduced,is the world recognized medicine for repairing liver injury.However,silymarin has poor water-solubility and short half-life for elimination in vivo,so it needs to be administered frequently.The oral silymarin sustained-release preparation can not only reduce the number of drug taking,but also maintain a lower blood concentration and reduce toxicity and side effects of the drug,which is of great significance for clinical application.The research status of silymarin sustained-release preparations at home and abroad in recent years was introduced by referring to literature,and the composition and sustained-release preparations of silymarin were reviewed.
