一维链状锰配合物的合成、晶体结构

摘要 将醋酸锰与有机磷酸酯在水热条件下,合成得到一维链状锰有机膦膦酸酯配合物,[Mn(5-pncee)(4,4′-bpy)(H_(2)O)_(3)(5-pnceeH_(2))]•2H_(2)O(5-pnceeH_(2)=5-phosphono-naphthalene-1-carboxylic acid ethyl ester,4,4′-bpy=4,4′-bipyridinyl)(1)。采用X-射线单晶衍射、元素分析、红外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射、热重分析表征配合物的结构与热稳定性。晶体结构分析显示:该配合物结晶于三斜晶系,P1空间群,a=8.2356(8)Å,b=10.1879(11)Å,c=11.7340(1)Å,α=84.380(8)°,β=79.057(8)°,γ=86.260(9)°。配合物1具有一维链状结构,相邻的Mn^(Ⅱ)离子通过配位联吡啶桥联成一维链,未配位的有机磷酸酯配体穿插在链与链之间。 One dimensional chained manganese phosphonate complexes[Mn(5-pncee)(4,4′-bpy)(H_(2)O)_(3)(5-pnceeH_(2))]•2H _(2)O(5-pnceeH_(2)=5-phosphono-naphthalene-1-carboxylic acid ethyl ester,4,4′-bpy=4,4′-bipyridinyl)was obtained by the reaction of manganese acetate and organophosphate under hydrothermal conditions.The structure and thermal stability of the complexe were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction,elemental analysis,IR spectrum,X-ray powder diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis.The crystal structure analysis showed that the complex crystallized in the triclinal system,P 1 space group,a=8.2356(8)Å,b=10.1879(11)Å,c=11.7340(1)Å,α=84.380(8)°,β=79.057(8)°,γ=86.260(9)°.The complex 1 had a one-dimensional chain structure.The adjacent Mn ^(II) ions were connected into a one-dimensional chain through the ligand bipyridine bridge,and the uncoordinated organophosphate ligand was interpenetrated between the chains.The thermal stability of the complex was studied.
