量子力学研究天然牛磺酸与DNA的相互作用

摘要 本研究模拟人体的生理酸碱度环境下,取纯度较高的天然牛磺酸及小牛胸腺DNA进行探讨两者相互作用的模式、作用力类型,通过对比分析两者相互作用后的紫外线吸收光及荧光光谱变化,绘出Stern-Volmer曲线图,计算天然牛磺酸与DNA结合的结合常数、淬灭常数,并结合粘度法,共同探究天然牛磺酸与DNA的结合模式。结果提示天然牛磺酸与DNA发生了相互作用,可能主要是以嵌插方式结合,作用力主要为氢键或者范德华力。 The physiological pH environment of the human body was simulated,natural taurine and calf thymus DNA with higher purity were taken to explore the interaction mode and force type of each other by comparing and analyzing the changes of ultra-violet absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum after interaction.Then a Stern-Volmer curve was drew to calculate the binding constant and quenching constant of natural taurine and DNA,and the viscosity method was taken into consider to collectively explore the binding mode of natural taurine and DNA.The results suggested that natural taurine interacted with DNA,which may be mainly combined by intercalation,and the main force was hydrogen bond or van der Waals force.
