白鲜皮抑制酪氨酸酶作用研究及其美白面膜制备

Study on Inhibitation of Cortex Dictam on Tyrosinase and Whitening Mask Preparing

采用紫外-可见分光光度法对不同浓度白鲜皮水提物及醇提物抑制酪氨酸酶活性进行研究,结果显示白鲜皮醇提物与水提物相比,具有更强的抑制酪氨酸酶活性的作用,且存在剂量依赖性。当含生药浓度达到16 mg/mL时,其抑制率可到到76%。以白鲜皮醇提物为主要美白成分,制备了外观显透明色,呈弱酸性,清凉无刺激感,粘稠度适中,易于贴敷的美白面膜,期望进行更进一步的开发,实现规模化生产。

Inhibitation of different concentrations of water extract and alcohol extract from cortex dictam ontyrosinase activity was detected with UV-Vis spectrophotometry,results showed that alcohol extract from cortex dictam had stronger inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity than water extract,and there was a dose-dependent.When the concentration of raw drug reached 16 mg/mL,its inhibition rate can reach 76%.The whitening maskwas prepared with alcohol extract form cortex dictam as the main whitening ingredient.It showed transparent color,weak acid,cool no irritation,moderate viscosity,easy to apply.
