摘要
探究工业化提取王不留行中黄酮苷和刺桐碱的最佳生产工艺。先通过索式抽提法考察生王不留行和炒王不留行含油量,然后采用单因素和正交实验设计考察不同料液比、时间和乙醇浓度对乙醇浸渍提取生王不留行中黄酮苷和刺桐碱的含量影响。最佳提取工艺为料液比1:14,提取时间4 d,乙醇浓度75%,黄酮苷和刺桐碱的提取率分别为5.37 mg/g和1.22 mg/g。该提取工艺简单合理,结果稳定,节省能源,为工业化提供参考。
The industrial extraction of vaccarin and hypaphorine in the best production processwas explored.The oil content of crude and fried Vaccaria was investigated by soxhlet extraction method,and then single factor and orthogonal experiment design were used to investigate the effects of different material-liquid ratio,time and ethanol concentration on the extraction of vaccarin and hypaphorine fromV.segetalis by ethanol impregnation method.The best extraction was as follows:the ratio of material-liquid ratio was 1:14,extraction time was 4 days,ethanol concentration was 75%.The extraction rates of vaccarin and hypaphorine were 5.37 mg/g and 1.22 mg/g respectively under the best extraction technology.The extraction process is simple and reasonable,the result is stable,energy is saved,and it provides a reference for industrialization.
