透析袋法测定经皮给药柔性脂质体中欧前胡素的包封率

Dialysis Bag Method for Determination of Encapsulation Efficiency of Imperatorin in Ulteadeformable Liposome

柔性脂质体在储存期易发生活性成分包封率泄露等影响稳定性的现象,限制了其在经皮给药系统中的开发和应用。本研究以薄膜分散法制备欧前胡素柔性脂质体,建立透析袋法联合高效液相色谱法测定脂质体中的包封率。结果表明所制备欧前胡素柔性脂质体中,欧前胡素包封率为58.39%±3.64%,含量测定所用的高效液相色谱分析方法准确、精密、专属性强,可用于对柔性脂质体中欧前胡素的评价。

The ulteadeformable liposomes are prone to leakage of living components during storage period,which affect the stability of the preparation,and limit its application in the transdermal delivery system.The imperatorinulteadeformable liposomes were prepared by film dispersion method,and the encapsulation efficiency of the liposomes was determined by dialysis bag method and high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the entrapment efficiency of imperatorin was 58.39%±3.64%.The HPLC method is accurate,precise and specific,which can be used to evaluate imperatorin in ulteadeformable liposomes.
