摘要
从现场出现的泄漏、断裂、振动这三种情况出发,分析了出现这些问题的可能原因,提出往复泵管道设计时的一些注意问题。并给设计者提出部分设计注意事项,例如:往复泵前后需要设置相应的缓冲罐、优化管道走向设计,避免不必要的弯头等、关注小支管的支架、确保主管支吊架刚度足够,管道稳定性加强、避免共振的发生等。设计时关注这些方面,可以很好地避免现场类似情况发生,从而确保现场安全稳定运行。
Based on the leakage,fracture and vibration,the possible causes of these problemswere analyzed,and some attention problems in the design of reciprocating pump pipingwere put forward.Some design considerations were put forward for designers,such as setting corresponding pulsationdampener before and after reciprocating pump,optimizing the design of pipeline,avoiding unnecessary elbow,paying attention to the support of small branch pipe,ensuring the stiffness of main support was enough,enhancing the stability of pipeline,avoiding resonance,etc.Attention to these aspects during design can well avoid the occurrence of similar situations in the field,so as to ensure the safety and stability of the field operation.
