摘要
空预器是提高锅炉热交换性能,减少热量损耗的一种表面式换热器,然而在机组运行中空预器堵塞事件频频发生。本课题简述选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝原理及硫酸氢氨形成机理,从入炉煤、氨逃逸、空预器吹灰等多个方面进行堵塞原因分析并就相应控制措施进行论述。同时探讨了空预器在线高压水冲洗方案及注意事项,实践表明,空预器高压水在线冲洗,在燃煤电厂运行中具有重要作用。
The air preheater is a kind of surface heat exchanger which improves the heat exchange performance of the boiler and reduces the heat loss,however,the clogging event of the hollow pre-feeder occurs frequently in the operation of the unit.The principle of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)flue gas denitrification and the formation mechanism of hydrohydrohydrohydride sulfate were briefly described,the causes of blockage from the coal entering the furnace,ammonia escape and air preheater blow ash were analyzed,and the corresponding control measures were discussed.At the same time,the on-line high-pressure water flushing scheme and precautions of the air preheater were discussed,and the practice showed that the on-line flushing of high-pressure water in the air preheater played an important role in the operation of coal-fired power plant.
