放空点火系统的优化改造及应用

摘要 为了消除安岳气田高磨二期灯影组气藏集输场站放空点火系统一次点火成功率低下的难题,对故障原因进行分析,提出采用高空分布式接入外传火引火气源+双引火燃烧器点火新技术,对该气藏新建5口产能井的放空点火系统进行优化改造。经现场测试,在大/小流量工况下的天然气放空一次点火成功率是92%/100%,表明该优化改进方案能够有效提升放空火炬的点火成功率,确切降低了天然气场站放空存在的安全环保隐患。 In order to eliminate the problem of low success rate of the first ignition of the vent ignition system in the gas gathering&transportation station of Dengying Group of Gaoshiti-Moxi II of AnyueGasfield,a new technology of high altitude distributedaccess ignition source and dual ignition burners was proposed to optimize and transformthe vent ignitionsystem of five new production wells in this gas reservoir through failure cause analysis.The field test showed that the success rate of the first ignition of the gas vent under the condition of large/small flowwas 92%/100%,which indicated that the optimized and improved scheme can effectively improve the ignition success rate of the gas vent torch and reduce the safety and environmental protection hidden danger of the gas vent station.
