摘要
芳烃联合装置内大量低温物料余热无法得到有效利用,只能以空冷形式释放,不仅造成能量的巨大浪费,同时造成公用工程的大量增加,增加了产品的能耗。随着低温热水发电技术的发展,利用低温物料余热产生热水并利用热水发电成为可能。本文以100万吨/年规模对二甲苯的芳烃联合装置为例,分析有机朗肯循环(ORC)发电技术的应用,并采用能耗和价格的计算方法对ORC发电技术进行评价,并对ORC发电技术的应用前景进行了展望。
A large amount of low-temperature heat of materials is not effectively utilized in aromatics complexanditisonlyreleasedbyair-cooler.It not only causes a huge waste of energy,but also causes a large increase the utilities and the energy consumption of products.With the development of low-temperature hot water generation technology,it is possible to use low-temperature materials to generate hot water andhot water to generate electricity.Taking the 1.0 million tons/year of para-xylene as an example,the analysis of ORC power generation technology was evaluated by the calculation methods of energy consumption andpower price.The prospect ofutilization of ORC power generation technology was expected.
