摘要
采用虚拟仿真技术呈现了植物纤维复合塑料注塑工艺过程和主要工艺参数对成型质量的影响。情景化教学方法,为学生提供一个虚拟的材料制备、设计、成型加工的交互环境,涵盖天然高分子材料、材料复合、注塑工艺、塑料模具、注塑机械等内容。在专业理论知识的基础上,将真实演示实验与虚拟仿真实验结合,引导学生独立思考,培养学生归纳、总结、分析问题的能力,达到提高学生工程实践和创新能力的目的。
The injection molding process of plant fiber reinforced plastics and the influence of main processing parameters on the quality were presented by virtual simulation technology.The situational teaching method was applied to provide students with a virtual environment of design,processing and interaction.The experimental content covered plant fiber,plant fiber and plastics composite material preparation,injection molding,injection mold and injection machine operation.On the basis of professional theoretical knowledge,the experiment combined real demonstration experiment with virtual simulation experiment,which can guide students to think independently,cultivate students ability of induction,summary and analysis of problems,and improve students ability of engineering practice and innovation.
