Chemical Safety Engineering is a very important professional elective course for undergraduates majoring in Chemical Engineering.Through the study of this course,students chemical safety knowledge and safety production awareness can be increased,which laid a solid foundation for their future chemical industry.The difficulties in the teaching of Chemical Safety Engineering were discussed.The case teaching method in the course of Chemical Safety Engineering was practiced.The teaching method combined the characteristics of the course,eliminated the disadvantages of cramming teaching,and used a large number of practical cases to help students understand the concept and knowledge of chemical safety engineering,and achieved good teaching effect.
