产城融合视角下中小城市工业园道路交通规划研究

Road traffic planning research of industrial parks in small-medium cities from the perspective of industry-city integration

为实现工业园区可持续发展,从产城关系出发,对产城融合理念在道路交通规划领域的应用进行研究。从而阐明了道路交通规划应加强对“人”和“城”的关注,通过合理布局园区对外通道、建设园区绿色高效综合交通体系、精细化设计道路交通设施等措施,实现园区产城融合的目标。以漳州市金宝园区为例,从路网布局、横断面布置、公共停车选址及公共交通规划四个方面,分析了产城融合理念在道路交通规划实践中的应用,为建设可持续发展的工业园区提供新的思路。

In order to realize the sustainable development of industrial park,this paper discusses the application of industry-city integration concept in the field of road traffic planning from the perspective of the relationship between industry and city.The paper expounds that the road traffic planning should pay more attention to"people"and"city",to realize the goal of industry-city integration by reasonably distributing the external passageway,constructing green and high-efficient comprehensive transportation system,and elaborately designing the road traffic facilities of the park.Taking Jinbao Park in Zhangzhou City as an example,this paper analyzes the application of industry-city integration concept in road traffic planning from four aspects of urban road grid,cross-section layout,public parking planning and public transport planning,which provides a new idea for the construction of sustainable industrial park.
