文章结合厦门市国贸璟原项目工程实例进行探讨。前期对项目新建造体系进行了详细策划,过程中通过对施工方的技术交底,大面积施工前的样板先行、点评和优化,在大面积施工时的标准化落地,最终实现本项目提前达预售条件,提前封顶,提前回款,减轻了项目开发的成本压力。
