地铁工程项目具有规模大、风险高、专业复杂、涉及主体单位多、与工程周边环境相互影响大等特点,在保障地铁项目顺利实施的基础上,进行有效合理的成本管理是企业获取利润最大化的有力保障。基于福州市城市轨道交通4号线一期工程螺洲车辆段项目,分析该项目施工成本结构;对影响该项目成本控制工作的主要因素进行分析,并提出相应的成本管理优化措施。

Metro project has the characteristics of large scale,high risk,complex specialty,involving many main units,and great interaction with the surrounding environment.On the basis of ensuring the smooth implementation of metro project,effective and reasonable cost management is a powerful guarantee for enterprises to maximize profits.Based on the Luozhou depot project of Fuzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 4 phase I project,this paper analyzes the construction cost structure of the project;According to the characteristics of the project,This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the cost control of the project,and puts forward the corresponding cost management optimization measures.
