摘要
介绍智能变电站监控系统、继电保护、通信网络及信息交互的现状。分析智能变电站存在二次设备可靠性降低、数据重复采集、信息共享程度低、运检复杂等问题,提出智能变电站二次系统优化的技术原则,并进行对比分析,最后强调顶层设计优化并不能仅通过技术单方面,还需从管理方面不断变革。
This paper introduces the monitoring system,relay protection,communication network and information interaction status in intelligent substations.Then,the problems of secondary equipment in intelligent substation is analyzed,such as reliability reduction,repeated data collection,low degree of information sharing and complex operation and inspection.Then,the technical principles of secondary system optimization in intelligent substation are proposed and compared.Finally,it is emphasized that top-level design optimization is not only through technology,but also from management.
