白藜芦醇及其代谢衍生物在畜禽生产中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 白藜芦醇(3,4,5-三羟二苯乙烯)是一种生物活性强的天然多酚类植物抗毒素,能通过有效缓解氧化应激及炎症反应等维持机体正常的生理功能。为了提高白藜芦醇的生物利用度和药理活性,近年来白藜芦醇及其代谢衍生物的设计和合成受到国内外学者的广泛关注。本文综述了白藜芦醇的机体代谢过程、白藜芦醇及其代谢衍生物的生物学功能、分子调控机制,以及在畜牧生产中的研究进展,旨在为进一步促进白藜芦醇及其代谢衍生物在动物生产上的应用提供参考。 Resveratrol(3,4,5-trihydroxystilbene)is a natural polyphenolic plant antitoxin with strong biological activity,which can effectively relieve oxidative stress and inflammation and maintain normal physiological functions of the body.In order to improve the bioavailability and pharmacological activity of resveratrol,the design and synthesis of resveratrol and its derivatives have attracted much attention in recent years.This paper reviewed the metabolic process of resveratrol,the biological functions and molecular regulatory mechanisms of resveratrol and its metabolic derivatives,as well as the research progress in animal production,aiming to provide reference for further promoting the application of resveratrol and its metabolic derivatives in animal production.
