摘要
黄芩素是黄芩中含量最丰富的一种以黄酮类化合物为主效因子的含多种生物活性物质的植物提取物,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化应激和增强免疫力等生物学功能。黄芩素可作为一种天然饲料添加剂用以提高畜禽的免疫水平和生产性能,具有广泛的利用价值和应用前景。本文对黄芩素的代谢途径及其结构与生物学功能的关系进行了阐述和展望,以期为畜禽健康养殖提供参考依据。
Baicalein is one of the most abundant plant extracts derived from Scutellaria baicalensis with many bioactive substances including flavonoids as the main effectors,and has biological functions such as antimicrobial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant stress and enhancing immunity.Baicalein can be used as a natural feed additive to improve the immune level and production performance of livestock and poultry,and it has wide utilization value and application prospect.In this paper,the metabolic pathways,and the relationship between structure and biological functions of baicalein are elaborated and prospected,in order to provide a reference basis for health culture of livestock and poultry.
