新时代开展劳动创造幸福宣传教育的多维解析

Multidimensional Analysis of Carrying Out the Publicity and Education of“Labor Creates Happiness”in the New Era

新时代开展劳动创造幸福宣传教育是新发展阶段下基本国情和主要矛盾的准确把握,是推进中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要举措,是中国特色社会主义建设实践中关于劳动和幸福关系的创新性发展。从劳动创造幸福的本体论、方法论和认识论视角,新时代开展劳动创造幸福宣传教育需讲清楚劳动创造幸福的观念、主体、精神和建构四个方面。在宣传教育方法上应坚持宣传与教育理念相统一,主体与客体相统一,知与行相统一,学校、家庭与社会相统一。在宣传教育实践上应围绕夯实劳动创造幸福的经济基础、提升劳动创造幸福的价值意蕴、讲好劳动创造幸福的实践故事、筑牢劳动创造幸福的体制保障等方面,不断实现宣传教育世界向劳动幸福现实世界的转化。

According to basic national conditions and major contradictions in the new era,it is necessary to carry out the publicity and education of“Labor Creates Happiness”,which helps promote the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation and innovatively develop the relationship between labor and happiness in socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of ontology,methodology and epistemology of labor to create happiness,the publicity and education of“Labor Creates Happiness”should focus on its concept,subject,thought and construction.The method of publicity and education should emphasize the unification of publicity and education,subject and object,knowledge and action,school-family and society.In the practice of publicity and education,priority should be laid on the economic foundation,value connotation,practical stories and the institutional guarantee,so as to gradually turn the world of labor happiness into reality through publicity and education.
