协同治理视域下社区教育融入社区治理的内在逻辑与建构路径 被引量:2

摘要 社区教育融入社区治理的研究,多以概念演绎或对策研究为主,但当前我国社区治理的建构性特质突出体现在多元协同的内在逻辑和建构路径中,因此以协同治理理论作为研究新视角,通过追溯社区教育与“国家—社会”关系变迁以及社会治理公共性之间的内在逻辑,探寻社区教育融入社区治理的现实可能性,并从主导要素、实践方式和保障机制三方面,提出构建发挥社区教育治理效能的新路径。 The study on the integration of community education into community governance mostly focuses on conceptual deduction or strategy research.However,the constructive traits of community governance in China are prominently reflected in the internal logic and construction path of multiple synergy.Taking the theory of collaborative governance as a new perspective,this paper explores the realistic possibility of integrating community education into community governance by tracing the internal logic between community education and the changes of“state-society”relationship and commonality of social governance,and construct a new pathway for the effectiveness of community education governance from the three aspect:leading factors,practice mode and safeguard mechanism.
