地面变轨装置是国际联运铁路列车实现轨距自动转变的关键装备,文章设计了一种适用于1435 mm和1520 mm轨距的地面变轨装置,阐述了该地面变轨装置的结构及其工作过程,并对该装置关键部件的承载能力和列车通过性进行了分析和试验,证实该装置可实现双向自动变轨功能,效率高,承载能力强,具有较好的通过性,可满足列车轨距变换需求。

Gauge-changeable device on ground is the key equipment for international combined transport railway train to realize automatic change of gauge.A gauge-changeable device on ground which is applicable to 1435 mm and 1520 mm gauge is designed in the article.The structure of gauge-changeable device on ground and its working process are described in detail,and the bearing capacity of key component of the device and train passability are analyzed and tested.Via verification,the device can realize function of dual-direction automatic gauge changing,with high efficiency,strong bearing capacity and better passability,meeting the gauge changing demand of train.
