摘要
基于有限元热仿真计算,对纯空气紧急制动、纯空气最大常用全制动模拟线路运行工况下的地铁车辆进行了热负荷分析,结果表明,轮辋吸收并散逸了绝大部分制动热量,制动时踏面上的温度最高,如在实际运用中经常施加纯空气最大常用制动,容易引起踏面热损伤,增加闸瓦磨耗。
Based on finite element thermal simulation calculation,the thermal loads of metro vehicles operating on simulated line under condition of pure air emergency braking,pure air maximum service braking are analyzed,the result shows the wheel rim absorbs and dissipates most of braking heat,the temperature of wheel tread is the highest while braking,if the pure air maximum service braking is applied frequently in practical application,it is easy to cause thermal damage to wheel tread,and increase abrasion of brake shoe.
