专项护理对腰椎手术患者术后疼痛及功能恢复的影响

Effect of Special Nursing on Postoperative Pain and Functional Recovery in Patients with Lumbar Surgery

目的:探讨专项护理对腰椎手术患者术后疼痛及功能恢复的影响。方法:将2018年1月1日~6月30日收治的43例腰椎手术患者作为对照组,采用围术期常规护理措施;将2018年7月1日~12月31日收治的45例腰椎手术患者作为观察组,在常规护理基础上采用专项护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组术后24、48 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后下床活动首日、出院当日、术后1个月时Owestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:专项护理能够显著缓解腰椎手术患者的术后疼痛,缩短患者下床活动时间,促进术后功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of special nursing on postoperative pain and functional recovery in patients with lumbar surgery.Methods:A total of 43 patients with lumbar surgery admitted during January 1 to June 30,2018 were selected as the control group,and routine nursing was adopted.During July 1 to December 31,2018,45 cases of lumbar surgery patients were selected as the observation group,and special nursing was adopted on the above basis.The intervention effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores 24 hours and 48 hours after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the time of getting out of bed and staying in hospital was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The ODI scores in the observation group on the first day of getting out of bed,the day of discharge and one month after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Special nursing can significantly alleviate postoperative pain,shorten the time of getting out of bed activities,and promote functional recovery.
