基于授权赋能的营养教育理论在胃癌术后化疗患者饮食护理中的应用

Application of Nutrition Education Theory Based on Empowerment in Diet Nursing for Postoperative Patients with Gastric Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨基于授权赋能的营养教育理论在胃癌术后化疗患者饮食护理中的应用方法及效果。方法:将2018年7月1日~2020年7月31日期间收治的90例胃癌术后化疗患者按入院先后顺序均分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于授权赋能的营养教育理论干预。比较两组患者饮食态度与行为、营养状况及营养指标水平。结果:观察组社会限制态度、健康态度、自理态度、接受态度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状体征、体重变化、膳食摄入变化、患者功能与活动、疾病年龄、体格检查、代谢应激状态评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白蛋白、铁蛋白、血红蛋白指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌术后患者实施基于授权赋能的营养教育理论,可有效改善患者饮食行为状态和营养水平,对促进预后具有积极意义,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application method and effect of nutrition education theory based on empowerment in diet nursing for postoperative patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 90 cases of postoperative patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy during July 1,2018 to July 31,2020 according to the order of admission were divided into the control group and the observation group with 45 in each group,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nutrition education theory based on empowerment.Comparison was made between the two groups of patients on diet attitude and behavior,nutrition status and index levels.Results:The scores of social restriction attitude,health attitude,self-care attitude,and acceptance attitude were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);The symptoms and signs,changes in body weight,dietary intake,function and activity in patients,age,physical examination,metabolic stress scores were lower in the obsaervation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);the albumin,ferritin,hemoglobin(Hb)were better in nthe observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nutrition education theory based on empowerment in postoperative patients with gastric cancer can effectively improve the patients′eating behavior state and nutrition level,which is of active significance in promoting prognosis,and worthy of clinical application.
