自我管理导向下5A护理模式对肝胆胰外科恶性肿瘤术后患者的影响

Effect of 5A Nursing Mode in Self-management Orientation,on Hepto-Pancreato-Bilary Surgical Postoperative Patients with Malignant Tumor

目的:探讨自我管理导向下5A护理模式对肝胆胰外科恶性肿瘤术后患者的影响。方法:选取2017年1月1日~2018年5月31日自我管理导向下5A护理模式推行前收治的40例肝胆胰外科恶性肿瘤患者纳入对照组,采取常规护理;选取2018年6月1日~2020年9月30日自我管理导向下5A护理模式推行后收治的40例肝胆胰外科恶性肿瘤患者纳入观察组,实施自我管理导向下5A护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者干预6个月后自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)、中国癌症患者生活质量问卷调查表(QOL)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05),深静脉血栓形成(DVT)发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自我管理导向下5A护理模式可提升肝胆胰外科恶性肿瘤术后患者的自护能力和生活质量,改善心理状况,降低术后DVT发生风险。

Objective:To explore the effect of 5A nursing mode in self-management orientation on hepto-pancreato-bilary surgical postoperative patients with malignant tumors.Methods:During January 1,2017 to May 31,2018,40 cases of hepto-pancreato-bilary surgical postoperative patients with malignant tumors before the implementation of 5A nursing mode in self-management orientation were included in the control group,routine nursing was given.During June 1,2018 to September 30,2020,40 cases of hepto-pancreato-bilary surgical postoperative patients with malignant tumors after the implementation of 5A nursing mode in self-management orientation were included in the observation group,5A nursing mode in self-management orientation was given.Comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:The self-care ability measurement scale(ESCA),Chinese cancer patients quality of life questionnaire(QOL),and psychological elastic scale(CD-RISC)scores were higher in the observation group 6 months after intervention than those before intervention and in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The 5A nursing mode in self-management orientation can improve the self-care ability and quality of life in hepto-pancreato-bilary surgical postoperative patients with malignant tumors,improve their psychological condition,and reduce the risk of postoperative DVT.
