摘要
广西高校经管类研究生导师团队建设是一项系统工程,涉及导师、高校、研究生、教育行政部门等多个利益主体。文章基于利益相关者理论,运用专家问卷法,通过主成分分析与提炼,揭示了影响广西高校经管类研究生导师团队建设的主要环境因素。研究发现:个人环境、团队环境、学校环境以及社会环境是影响广西高校经管类研究生导师团队建设的主要因素,因此广西高校研究生导师团队建设可从优化研究生导师个人成长和发展环境,创建协同合作的团队环境,营造人性化的学校环境,构建良好的社会环境四个方面着手,以实现广西高校经管类研究生导师团队建设的可持续发展。
It is a systematic project to construct the supervisor team of graduate students majoring in economics and management in Guangxi universities,involving multiple interests such as supervisors,universities,graduate students and educational administration.Based on stakeholder theory and using expert questionnaire method,the paper reveals the main environmental factors influencing the team building of graduate student supervisors in management and economics in Guangxi universities through principal component analysis and refinement.The analysis finds that personal environment,team environment,school environment and social environment are the main factors that affect the team construction of graduate student supervisor of economics and management in Guangxi universities.Therefore,the team construction of graduate student supervisor in Guangxi universities can start from optimizing the personal growth and development environment of graduate student supervisor,creating cooperative team environment,creating humanized school environment,building good social environment in four aspects,in order to realize the sustainable development of the team construction of graduate student supervisor of economics and management in Guangxi universities.
