生活体验类慢综艺节目的情感“按摩”及思考

近年来,一批生活体验类慢综艺节目火爆荧屏。节目通过对乡村日常生活图景的媒介建构,将“诗和远方”的闲适美好呈现给观众。慢综艺节目所建构的生活镜像,缓解了人们的现代性焦虑,实则是对现代社会“加速”逻辑的反拨,彰显了独特的价值主张。文章借助加速社会理论和媒介“按摩”理论,分析生活体验类慢综艺节目如何发挥情感“按摩”及价值向导的作用,并对慢综艺节目作思考。

In recent years,a number of slow variety shows of life experience are popular in screens.Through the media construction of the rural daily life picture,the program presents the leisure beauty of“poetry and distance”to the audience.The mirror image of life constructed by the slow variety show alleviates people’s anxiety about modernity,but in fact it is a reversal of the logic of“acceleration”in modern society and highlights its unique value proposition.With the help of accelerated social theory and media“massage”theory,this paper analyzes how slow variety shows of life experience play the role of emotional“massage”and value guide,and then reflect on the shows.
