贸易便利化影响跨境电商出口的机制分析

Research on the mechanism of trade facilitationaffecting cross border e-commerce export

本文从跨境物流、跨境通关、规制环境和跨境支付四个维度研究了贸易便利化对于跨境电商出口的影响。研究发现,虽然总体上来说,贸易便利化能够显著促进跨境电商出口的发展,但是不同机制的影响程度存在较大差异。其中,规制环境和跨境支付对于跨境电商出口的影响最明显,跨境物流的影响虽然较小,但是也是显著的。而在签署自贸协定之后,跨境通关对于跨境电商出口的影响则是不显著的。因此,为更好地推动跨境电商出口,应该主要从规制环境和跨境支付两个维度来提升贸易便利化的程度。

Based on the entropy method,using 2009-2019 panel data,this paper obtains the impact of trade facilitation on cross-border e-commerce export from four dimensions of cross-border logistics,cross-border customs clearance,regulatory environment and cross-border payment.The results show that although trade facilitation can significantly promote the development of cross-border e-commerce export,the impact of different mechanisms is quite different.Among them,regulatory environment and cross-border payment have the most obvious impact on cross-border e-commerce export,while the impact of cross-border logistics is small,but also significant.After the signing of the FTA,the impact of cross-border customs clearance on cross-border e-commerce exports is not significant.Therefore,in order to better promote cross-border e-commerce export,we should mainly enhance the degree of trade facilitation from two dimensions of regulatory environment and cross-border payment.
