计划行为视角下地方性高校教师TPACK教学能力提升策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 从计划行为理论出发,对智慧教育背景下地方性高校教师TPACK能力进行辨析。分析认为,教师个人的主观能动性不强、所感知的规制压力不足及自身信息化水平积累不够是导致教师TPACK能力不足的重要原因。高校应该从提升教师教学发展意识、构建激励约束体系及开展多层次培训等角度去提升教师的教学能力,以适应信息时代的教育高质量发展步伐。 Based on the theory of planned behavior,this paper analyzes the TPACK ability of local university teachers under the background of wisdom education.The analysis shows that teachers’subjective initiative is not strong,the perceived pressure of regulation is insufficient and their own information accumulation level is not enough,which are the important reasons for teachers’lack of TPACK ability.In order to adapt to the pace of high-quality education development in the information era,universities should improve teachers’teaching ability from the perspectives of enhancing teachers’awareness of teaching development,constructing incentive and constraint system,and carrying out multi-level training.
