水沙流作用下粗糙度对圆柱体结构受力特性及冲蚀的影响 被引量:1

摘要 基于Fluent软件建立三维模型,采用SST k-ω湍流模型,对含沙量在0.05、0.5和5 kg/m^(3),柱体表面粗糙度在0、0.1%D、0.3%D、0.5%D、0.8%D和1%D时单圆柱绕流的柱体的受力特性及冲蚀进行数值模拟,研究了不同含沙量水流作用下,粗糙度对圆柱的平均阻力系数、升力系数及冲蚀率的影响。结果表明:在同一含沙量的水流作用下,柱体的升力系数在粗糙度为0.5%D时达到最大值;当柱体表面粗糙度相同时,平均阻力系数受水沙流含沙量的影响较小,升力系数受含沙量的影响较大;在不同含沙量的水沙流作用下,圆柱体结构的壁面冲蚀率在粗糙度为0.3%D时达到最大值。 This study investigates the effect of roughness on the average drag coefficient,lift coefficient and erosion rate of cylinders under different sand content flows by carrying out numerical simulations of the force and erosion when the sand content is 0.05,0.5,and 5 kg/m^(3),and the column surface roughness is 0.1%D,0.3%D,0.5%D,0.8%D,and 1%D with the three-dimensional shear stress transport(SST)k-ωturbulence model based on Fluent.The results show that under the action of water flow with the same sand content,the lift coefficient reaches its maximum value when the roughness is 0.5%D,that when the roughness is the same,the average resistance coefficient is less affected by the sand content of the water-sand two phase flow while the lift coefficient is more affected by the sand content,and that under the effect of the water-sand two phase flow with different sand contents,the wall erosion rate of the cylindrical structure reaches the maximum when the roughness is 0.3%D.
