间充质干细胞在宫腔粘连治疗中的作用及机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 宫腔粘连(IUA)是严重危害女性生育功能的妇科常见疾病,并且随着宫腔手术的增加呈增长趋势,已成为女性子宫因素不孕的首要病因。间充质干细胞(MSCs)能通过其分化功能与分泌功能促进子宫内膜修复,分泌功能起主要作用。促进子宫内膜修复可能机制为干细胞归巢后分化为新组织细胞;抑制上皮间质转化(EMT),抑制纤维化进程;调控局部的MSCs增殖、迁移,促进子宫内膜再生;通过释放免疫调节因子,影响血管生成;通过上调抗炎细胞因子和下调促炎细胞因子发挥免疫调节作用。MSCs在治疗IUA领域有良好的应用前景。
