摘要 为进一步明确改性乳化沥青材料的性能,通过研究玻璃纤维与SBS特点,制备玻璃纤维-SBS-橡胶复合改性乳化沥青,详细阐述了使用性能、机理研究、质量控制,分析结果表明,玻璃纤维-SBS-橡胶“三合一”的叠加可以交联形成连续相,此种混合型沥青混凝土各技术指标均满足要求,通过掺入纤维施工工艺的研究,从拌制、运输、摊铺、碾压等方面,分析具体施工步骤及关键控制要点,在实际工程中提高质量,节约成本,测算早日开放交通带来的社会效益,为超粘磨耗层的推广应用提供依据。效果良好,大幅减少了沥青路面裂缝修补次数,取得了显著的经济社会效益,达到了“超粘”的效果。 To further clarify the performance of the modified emulsified asphalt material,through the study of glass fiber and sBS characteristics,preparation of glass fiber-sBS rubber compound modified emulsified asphalt,expounds on the use of performance,mechanism research,quality control,the analysis results show that the glass fiber-sBS rubber“triad”superposition crosslinking can form the continuous phase and the mixed asphalt concrete each technical indexes meet the requirements,by incorporating fiber construction technology research,from the mixing,transportation,paving,rolling,etc.,analysis of the specific construction procedure and key control points,improve the quality in the actual project,cost savings,To calculate the social benefits brought by early opening of traffic,and to provide the basis for the popularization and application of super sticky wear layer.It has a good effect,greatly reducing the number of times of asphalt pavement crack repair,achieved remarkable economic and social benefits,and achieved the effect of“super sticky”.
