基于无损检测技术的半刚性基层开裂状况评价

摘要 用两种弯沉检测设备(FWD、PFWD)及三维探地雷达,对阜锦高速公路横向裂缝区域进行了弯沉及雷达检测,重点分析分析裂缝区域弯沉值、基层介电常数值与基层开裂程度的对应关系。结果表明,当沥青层表面FWD弯沉值大于200(0.001 mm)或PFWD弯沉检测值大于49(0.001 mm)、基层介电常数小于5时,基层开裂较为严重,处于偏松散状态,建议对此类基层采取必要的维修处置措施,提高基层承载能力。 Using two types of deflection detection equipment(FWD,PFWD)and 3D-Radar,pavement structure condition near the transverse cracking are detected,and the correspondences between the deflection value of transverse cracking region、permittivity of semi-rigid base and the degree of cracking are analyzed.The analysis results show that when the FWD deflection value greater than 200(0.001 mm)or the PFWD deflection value greater than 49(0.001 mm),permittivity of semi-rigid base less than 5,the semi-rigid base has been cracked seriously and in losse state,and appropriate maintenance measures should be taken to enhance the bearing capacity of semi-grid base.
