缺陷钻孔灌注桩的加固修复在实际工程中的应用

Application of Reinforcement and Repair of Defect Bored Pile in Actual Engineering

对宁夏S243省道运粮河大桥桩基检测发现存在明显缺陷,经过分析论证决定采用修复的方式进行处理。首先在原桩位中间进行钻孔,然后在断桩周围布置止水帷幕,最后在连接部位重新浇筑水泥混凝土。修复之后检测成桩完整性,修复取得了较好的效果。

After analysis and demonstration,it was decided to adopt a repair method.Firstly,drill holes are drilled in the middle of the original piles,then water-stop curtains are arranged around the broken piles,and finally cement concrete is re-poured at the joints.After the restoration,the integrity of the piles was checked and the restoration achieved good results.
