摘要
通过对我国中小城市慢行交通发展现状进行分析,提出系统规划问题所在;在分析研究慢行交通系统构成与特点的基础上,提出适应于中小城市的慢行交通系统规划策略,针对慢行核、慢行走廊的建设,提出了“单一核心,走廊辅助”的慢行交通布局规划发展模式;最后提出了“以慢行交通为主导的公共交通发展模式”为中小城市的慢行系统发展以及城市交通发展模式提出相适应的交通发展模式。此种发展模式建立在现有的常规公交系统之上,以加强慢行交通设施的建设,引导中小城市慢行交通发展。
Based on the analysis of the present situation of slow traffic development in small and medium-sized cities in China,this paper puts forward the problems of system planning;on the basis of analyzing the Composition and characteristics of slow traffic system,it puts forward the slow traffic system planning strategy suitable for small and medium-sized cities,and puts forward the slow traffic layout planning development mode of"single core,corridor assistance"for the construction of slow traffic core and slow corridor Finally,it puts forward the development mode of"slow traffic"and"slow traffic system".This development mode is based on the existing conventional bus system to strengthen the construction of slow traffic facilities and guide the development of slow traffic in small and medium-sized cities.
