摘要
碳纳米管独特的结构使其具有超高的强度、极大的韧性、独特的导电和导热等性能,作为增强材料在橡胶工业中具有重要的应用。介绍碳纳米管单独使用增强丁苯橡胶、乙丙橡胶、丁腈橡胶以及聚异戊二烯橡胶等单一胶种以及增强多种橡胶或者与其他补强材料并用的应用研究进展,指出今后应继续探索碳纳米管的改性方法,提高碳纳米管在橡胶基体中的分散性,增强其与橡胶基体之间的相互作用;进一步探讨碳纳米管与其他助剂的协同作用机理,完善碳纳米管/合成橡胶复合材料的制备技术。
The unique structure of carbon nanotubes gives it ultra-high strength,great toughness,special electrical and thermal conductivity and other characteristic properties.As a reinforcing material,it has many important applications in the rubber industry.In this paper,the research progress in the application of carbon nanotubes used alone to reinforce SBR,EPR,NBR,IR and various rubber blends,and the application together with other reinforcing materials are discussed.It is pointed out that in the future the work focus is to continue to explore the modification methods of carbon nanotubes,improve the dispersion of carbon nanotubes in rubber matrix,enhance the interaction between carbon nanotubes and the rubber matrix,explore the synergistic mechanism of carbon nanotubes and other additives,and improve the preparation technology of carbon nanotubes/synthetic rubber composites.
