电影院高透声织物音响遮蔽系统防火性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以电影院中的高透声织物音响遮蔽系统为分析对象,梳理该系统中高透声织物在规范中的界定,研究其在实体火灾模拟试验中的防火性能。通过梳理现行规范,指出音响遮蔽系统中的高透声织物与墙面及音响均有较大距离,应属于装饰织物而不是贴在墙面上的饰面材料。对该高透声织物音响遮蔽系统进行实体火灾模拟试验后发现,在燃烧过程中,高透声织物未见明显火焰,具有离火自熄性,未见带火熔滴,没有发生火灾蔓延。研究表明:该高透声织物在电影院布置的火灾风险可控。研究成果为电影院应用新材料后的火灾风险判断方法提供参考。 In this study,the sound shielding system of high sound transmission fabric in cinema is taken as the analysis object.The purpose of this study is to sort out the definition of high sound transmission fabric in the specification,and to study its performance in fire experiment.By combing the current standards,it is pointed out that the high sound transmission fabric in the sound shielding system is far away from the wall and sound,and should belong to the decorative fabric rather than the fit-out material attached to the wall.After the fire experiment of the sound shielding system of the high sound transmission fabric,it is found that during the combustion process,the high sound transmission fabric has no obvious flame,could be extinguished by leaving the flame,has no molten droplets with fire and no fire spread occurs.The experiment shows that the fire risk of the high sound transmission fabric in cinema design is controllable.The research results provide a reference for the fire risk judgment method of new materials using in cinemas.
